- How do I hang pants on a hanger? Safety pin the waistband of the pants or shorts to the top of the hanger. When hung this way all of the pant can be seen with out removing it from the hanger.
- How do I hang sets? Hang the shirt on the hanger, and the shorts or pants on the back. You can safety pin the waistband to the cross bar of the hanger. This puts the weight of the pants on the hanger and not the shirt.
- Are jeans considered seasonal? No, children wear pants year around.
- Can I bring short sleeve shirts to the fall/winter event? Yes, we live in Mississippi and will probably be wearing short sleeves until Thanksgiving.
- Will you take all my items? It is often easy to miss a spot or tear when you are getting lots of items ready at home. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to take back some of your items. We will be screening items as to maintain the quality of the event.
- What if I am not sure how to price the items? We suggest that you price items 50-70% off of retail value. It is also good to consider “What would I be willing to pay?”
- Can I just stick the bar code on books and toys? No, please use an index card for all bar codes. You can secure the index card to the item with tape or ribbon.
- How do I secure small pieces and parts to toys and equipment? Place them in a resealable storage bag and tape it closed. You can tape or safety pin the bag to the item. Please write your consignor number and what item the parts go to on the bag. (just in case they are separated)
- Should I iron my clothes? Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!
- Should I assemble my baby bed? Yes. Assembled beds and other furniture sell better when they can be seen.
- How can I come to the presale? The presales are for volunteers and consignors. Join the fun and shop early.
- How can I shop the half-price presale? This is reserved for the volunteers that help sort. Sorting doesn’t take long if we have enough help.
- Can I volunteer even if I am not a consignor? Yes. See the volunteer schedule to pick a date and time.

- I have clicked completely finished, but I have found more items can I enter them? Yes, you just need to create a new batch. (do not re-register or you will be charged additional fees) When you login with your consignor number and password after clicking "completely finished" the system will ask you if you want to create a new batch. You can enter items up till midnight the night before drop off begins.
- What if I want my unsold items back? After entering items in our system you will have the option to mark all items for donation, no donation or specify certain items for donation.
- What if I am unsure if I want to donate an item or not? If you are not sure if you want to donate an item, please choose "no donate". We do not sort items marked for donation. If you mark "no donate" and change your mind, you can always donate it when you come to pick up, or ALL items that are not picked up WILL BE donated.
- I have a family-friendly business. Can I advertise it at the event? Yes. Please see our vendor information page to learn how you can get your business information into the hands of your target market.
